NRL Postdoctoral Fellowship Program

Funding: Base stipend, with exceptionally qualified candidates eligible for stipends up to a maximum of $75,000/year. Who can apply: U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents (green card required at time of application for LPRs); competitively selected based on qualifications and a technical research proposal in an area defined by the host NRL division. In-residence research at NRL facilities, collaboration with Navy scientists and engineers on Navy-relevant technical areas. Field: Physical sciences and engineering relevant to Navy R&D (materials science, electronics, ocean/atmospheric science, computing, and related engineering fields, varies by NRL division). Deadline: Rolling / ongoing basis.
