Early Career Fellowships

Funding: Trust contributes 100% of salary (up to GBP 56,000) in year 1, 50% (up to GBP 28,000) in years 2-3 with host institution covering the balance; plus up to GBP 6,000/year research expenses. Who can apply: Researchers within 4 years of PhD completion (career breaks considered), not yet held a full-time permanent academic post; must be hosted at a UK university; open to all nationalities via host institution. Length: 3 years. 3-year fellowship intended to lead to a permanent academic post; part-time arrangement possible for health/disability/childcare reasons. Field: All disciplines including social sciences; early-career postdoctoral fellowship.
