PRIME (Postdoctoral Researchers International Mobility Experience) Fellowship

Funding: Monthly salary on German TV-L E13 scale, EUR 5,000-6,400 pre-tax per month; expatriate allowance approximately EUR 1,500-2,800/month during the 12-month stay abroad. Who can apply: Doctorate holders within 6 years of PhD; at least one peer-reviewed scientific publication; must not have lived/worked in the intended host country more than 12 months within the last 3 years. Length: 18 months (12-month stay abroad plus 6-month integration phase in Germany). Two-phase structure: 12-month research stay abroad followed by 6-month integration/re-entry phase at a German university. Field: All disciplines including STEM and engineering.
