Postdoctoral Fellowship Award (Foundation Fighting Blindness)

Funding: $80,000 per year for 2 years (total $160,000). Who can apply: Holds a doctoral degree (PhD, DVM, DO, or OD) earned within the past 5 years, not currently in an internship or residency, affiliated with an eligible domestic or international research institution such as a university, medical school, hospital, research institute, or nonprofit. Exceptions considered case by case for more than 5 years of postdoctoral experience. Length: 2 years. Two stage review, letter of intent followed by invited full application. Field: Inherited retinal degenerations and dry age related macular degeneration research.
