ProtVista hackathon

Hackathon in the life sciences listed on ELIXIR's TeSS training portal, run by European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI), online from 7 October 2026 to 9 October 2026. Visualising a protein sequence alongside the multitude of publicly available annotations provides valuable insights and perspectives for biological research. These tools become significantly more powerful when you can seamlessly incorporate your own data, providing crucial context for the specific findings your lab or group produces.This hackathon is dedicated to making this happen.
