Integrating structural biology and bioinformatics to study infection

Training course in the life sciences listed on ELIXIR's TeSS training portal, run by European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI), online from 7 October 2026 to 11 November 2026. Infectious diseases are shaped by a complex interplay between pathogens and their hosts: molecular interactions drive infection, immune recognition and disease progression. Understanding the structural mechanisms underlying these processes is essential for deciphering host–pathogen interactions and identifying opportunities for therapeutic intervention.
