AlphaFold in practice: research use cases

Training course in the life sciences listed on ELIXIR's TeSS training portal, run by European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI), online from 7 October 2026 to 19 January 2027. This webinar series explores how researchers are using AlphaFold and predicted protein structures to address diverse biological questions. Through four research use cases, speakers will share how AlphaFold predictions can be integrated with experimental and computational approaches, including machine learning, transcriptomics, virtual screening and genome annotation.
