2nd Berlin Winter School in RNA-Seq Data Analysis

School in the life sciences listed on ELIXIR's TeSS training portal, run by ecSeq Bioinformatics GmbH, in Berlin, Germany from 2 November 2026 to 5 November 2026. The purpose of this workshop is to get a deeper understanding in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) with a special focus on bioinformatics issues. Advantages and disadvantages of current sequencing technologies and their implications on data analysis will be discovered.
