Containerize data analysis with Docker & Apptainer

Training course in the life sciences listed on ELIXIR's TeSS training portal, run by VIB, in Zwijnaarde, Belgium from 23 November 2026 to 24 November 2026. In this workshop, you will dive into container technologies - Docker and Apptainer - that enhance the portability and reproducibility of analysis workflows.
