Training course in the life sciences listed on ELIXIR's TeSS training portal, run by VIB, online from 9 December 2026 to 13 January 2027. Negotiation is a core skill for researchers, whether you’re aligning project timelines, sharing resources, deciding on authorship, or defining team roles. Done well, it builds trust and long-term collaboration; done poorly, it creates conflict and missed opportunities.This workshop equips you with the mindset and practical tools to negotiate effectively and with integrity.
