Spatial metabolomics data analysis

Training course in the life sciences listed on ELIXIR's TeSS training portal, run by VIB, in Leuven, Belgium on 5 March 2027. Understanding the spatial distribution of metabolites, lipids, and proteins is key to uncovering complex biological processes. Mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) makes this possible by enabling direct detection of metabolites, lipids, and proteins from tissue surfaces.
