REU Site: Emerging Frontiers in Biomaterials, Biomedical Engineering, and Biology at the University of Rhode Island

An NSF-funded Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) site at University of Rhode Island (Kingston, RI) in engineering: undergraduates spend the summer on a research project with a faculty mentor. It takes about 10 students a summer for 10 weeks. NSF pays REU students a stipend and funds participants who are US citizens, nationals or permanent residents.
