REU Site: Wide/Ultrawide Bandgap Semiconductor Technologies and Applications (WUBSTA)

An NSF-funded Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) site at Texas Tech University (Lubbock, TX) in engineering: undergraduates spend the summer on a research project with a faculty mentor.
