REU Site: Back to the Future - Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Summer Program

An NSF-funded Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) site at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology (Rapid City, SD) in engineering: undergraduates spend the summer on a research project with a faculty mentor. It takes 10 weeks. NSF pays REU students a stipend and funds participants who are US citizens, nationals or permanent residents.
