REU Site: Novel Genome-Scale Technologies and Big Data Science

An NSF-funded Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) site at University of Washington (Seattle, WA) in the biological sciences: undergraduates spend the summer on a research project with a faculty mentor. It takes about 10 students a summer for 9 weeks. NSF pays REU students a stipend and funds participants who are US citizens, nationals or permanent residents.
