REU Site: InSPiRES: Integrated Circuits and Semiconductor Processes to Promote Responsible Engineering and Sustainability

An NSF-funded Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) site at Michigan Technological University (Houghton, MI) in engineering: undergraduates spend the summer on a research project with a faculty mentor. It takes about 8 students a summer. NSF pays REU students a stipend and funds participants who are US citizens, nationals or permanent residents.
