Support Scientist in Scanning Electron Microscopy The Department of Materials is seeking to recruit a Support Scientist in Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The post holder will work within the David Cockayne Centre for Electron Microscopy (DCCEM), and take responsibility for access to the Department's scanning electron microscope instrumentation, in consultation with the Senior EM Facility Manager and Director of the EM Laboratory. The post holder will plan and manage the delivery of user training across the Department's scanning electron microscopes and related instruments, including EDX and EBSD techniques.
