REU Site: Astronomy and Geoscience at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Haystack Observatory

An NSF-funded Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) site at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Cambridge, MA) in the geosciences: undergraduates spend the summer on a research project with a faculty mentor. It takes about 10 students a summer for 10 weeks. NSF pays REU students a stipend and funds participants who are US citizens, nationals or permanent residents.
