Doctoral Student In Virus-Host Interactions And Immunometabolism To be a doctoral student means to devote oneself to a research project under supervision of experienced researchers and following an individual study plan. For a doctoral degree, the equivalent of four years of full-time doctoral education is required. The doctoral student will join the Systems Virology Lab, Division of Clinical Microbiology, Department of Laboratory Medicine at Karolinska Institutet, and will participate in the MERIT Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Doctoral Network. Our research focuses on virus-host interactions and the molecular mechanisms regulating antiviral immunity, immune evasion, immunometabolism and cellular homeostasis.
