Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Biology of Leishmania Telomeres

Activities and context: The scholarship holder will be responsible for obtaining the three-dimensional structure of LmTRF bound to double-stranded telomeric DNA using cryo-electron microscopy, in order to characterize in detail the structural determinants of the LmTRF-DNA interactions that modulate the recognition and stability of this complex.
