About this listing
Myotendinous junction (MTJ) is a mechanical buffer of the skeletal muscle cell and prone site to injury upon exercise. Our lab recently developed a new tool to manipulate the MTJ domain and revealed its local translational program as well as how it rewires after exercise. However, the molecular mechanism by which this special translation program is achieved remains unknown.
