About this listing
Cellular plasticity is a major mechanism by which tumor cells adapt to microenvironmental constraints, particularly nutrient deprivation. In lymphomas, resistance to chemotherapy, including asparaginase-based treatments, is partly driven by the activation of molecular pathways that enable tumor cells to adapt to stress and maintain their survival.
