Human Resource Associate II - Labor & Employee Relations

Under general supervision, the Human Resource Associate 2 provides a wide variety of specialized and high-level administrative functions. Duties may involve file preparation for contract negotiations, preparing reports and union contracts, monitoring grievance cases at the appeal and arbitration levels, and maintaining records in compliance with state and university statutes.
