Overview Under the direction of the Director, the ICU Charge Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical leadership and coordination of nursing care within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The Charge RN oversees daily unit operations, supports nursing staff, promotes effective communication among interdisciplinary team members, and facilitates the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
