Overview Provides clinical leadership, staff supervision and direct patient care on a designated shift. Accountable for implementation of systems that support quality care, quality improvement, staff orientation and development. Coordinates with Intake Department and with other facility departments to ensure timely and comprehensive patient assessment and care.
