Overview JOB DUTIES: Determines and assigns patient’s payment responsibility for all elective procedures in which the patient is self-pay or has primary commercial insurance,but no secondary coverage. Collects the funds prior to the services being rendered. NOTE: Medicare, Medicaid and First Care patients are not includedin the process. Accurately prepares daily deposit.
