Nurse RN Poison Information Specialist II

Overview Answer telephone calls relating to known or suspected poisonings and then advise on treatment and /or triage of patient to appropriate level of care. Participate in data collection/reporting efforts, public education programs, and research efforts. Acts as a mentor for training of staff and health care professional rotators. Provides shift and quality improvement supervision of center.
