Nutrition Associate Per Diem

Job Summary Responsible for variety of kitchen duties which may include assembling prepared food for trays, delivery of trays to units, returning trays to clean up area, salad bar preparation, and cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen areas and equipment. Knowledge of present cleaning chemicals and their use in the proper sanitation of all kitchen equipment.
