Job Summary The Physical Therapist Assistant, under the direction of a Physical Therapist, assists the Therapist in implementing treatment programs according to a plan of care, i.e. training patients in exercises, conducting treatments using special equipment, administrating modalities and other treatment procedures, as well as reporting the patient’s response to the Physical Therapist.
