About the Job Unit Highlights Nurses on Labor & Delivery care for pregnant patients from 16-weeks gestation until the time of delivery of their newborn(s), as well as in the immediate postpartum/recovery period. Our patient population ranges from individuals with uncomplicated deliveries to those with the most complex, high-risk medical and psychosocial issues.
