About the Job General Summary of Position Location: MedStar Washington Hospital Center Schedule: Hybrid after training, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Coordinates care with patients during and after visits. Serves as the patient's point of contact for navigating the MedStar system and coordinating follow-up care by setting up appointments based on referrals and orders provided by physicians.
