Job Overview Fairview has an immediate opening for an Admissions Financial Representative a Lakes Medical Center. This position is approved for a 0.5 FTE (40 hours every two weeks). The schedule rotates on a two-week basis: Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Week 2: Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
