Overview Reports directly to the designated immediate manager within the assigned medical practice or outpatient department. Responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient appointments while ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. Interviews patients to obtain accurate demographic and financial information and performs patient registration and related registration functions.
