Job Description Job Duties Task Organization, Scheduling, and Inspections Provides lead-worker direction to a team of three or more Custodian I employees, student workers, and temporary staff to ensure completion of assigned custodial services and projects. Communicates work priorities, operational needs, and service expectations among team members, supervisors, and building occupants.
