Finance Manager - Capital Projects (Accounting and Budgeting Section)

This position sits under the Finance Office at our Kowloon Tong campus. The core responsibilities are supporting the Senior Manager in the month-end and annual closing processes, delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and coordinating with finance teams, auditors, and other external regulatory authorities.
