The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) at the University of California, San Francisco are integral to nearly every aspect of the perioperative care at UCSF. While CRNAs licensure affords them the same independent practicing rights as their MD colleagues, the CRNAs at UCSF work collaboratively with UCSF's Anesthesiologists to form an Anesthesia Care Team.
