Job Summary Under the general direction of the Senior Associate Dean, the individual in this position is responsible for all aspects of assigned equipment design, fabrication, construction, installation, maintenance and repair for unique highly technical and prototype equipment, operating systems and facilities specific to Food Science, Nutrition, Meat Processing and Dairy Products Processing.
