Lecturer in General Practice This part-time academic lecturer position contributes to high-quality general practice teaching, primary care research and student supervision. You will be a registered GP with experience in education, clinical supervision and the development and delivery of educational resources. You will also bring an interest in primary care research. Strong communication, teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. The School of Medicine and Psychology (SMP) was established in 2023 to bring together expertise from Medicine and Psychology to develop a unique educational and research environment. The focus is to produce psychologists, researchers, and medical graduates who practice compassion, conscience and professional excellence, and with a knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and culture.
