Kitchen Workers - Southold, NY

Under the direction of the Food Service Manager or Cook, the kitchen assistant helps with food preparation, service, and storage. Responsible for ensuring compliance with sanitary health codes, including but not limited to cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment; disposing of food and other waste products; and storing food properly.
