Depot Operations Plan and maintain depot tracking rosters to ensure adequate staffing and operational coverage. Attend to and resolve gate reconciliation queries timeously. Monitor and update all tracking amendments to maintain accurate system records. Compile and distribute daily stock reports for management review. Manage and control staff leave and sick leave schedules.
