PhD Fellowship In Veterinary Virology We are offering a PhD fellowship in Veterinary Virology commencing 1st of February 2027. Our group and research focuses on enzootistic and zoonotic virus infections in animals. For the coming years, the research will focus on influenza infections in animals, with a focus on zoonotic aspects of swine influenza virus. The group consists of around 20 members and has a good working environment with a lot of humor, cake club, and flexible work tasks where everyone helps everyone. The research group for Veterinary and Zoonotic Virology consists of around 20 members and as the name states work on both veterinary and zoonotic viruses with a main focus on swine influenza A virus. We utilize different molecular methods such as viral isolation in cells, qPCR/PCR, sequencing, ELISA and different immunological assays.
