Academic Services Systems Implementation and Management Coordinator The Office of Academic Services (OAS) plays a key role in advancing the University's educational goals and supporting the provision and governance of academic learning in NTU. We provide the end-to-end academic services from the time of their matriculation to their graduation, creating positive impacts on the academic journey of all 33,000 undergraduate and postgraduate (coursework and research) students during their study in NTU. This position supports digital transformation and data governance in Academic Services through the management and coordination of key student academic systems, with primary responsibility for the academic core of the Student Management System (SMS), as well as other academic SaaS systems.
