Refund and Cancellation Policy

The short version

• Cancel any time, in one click, from Settings. No fee, no reason needed.
• We email you 7 days before every renewal, so a renewal is never a surprise.
• In the EU and the UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of buying and get your money back.
• Charged twice or charged by mistake: refunded in full.

Cancelling

Open Settings and press Cancel plan. That is the whole process. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops renewing. You keep everything you created, and the free parts of pitute stay open to you.

Renewal reminders

Seven days before every renewal we email the address on your account with the renewal date, the amount, and a link straight to cancelling.

Refunds

Your first purchase: if you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason, and we refund you in full. [Founder to decide: offer the same 14 days to members everywhere.]

A renewal you did not mean to keep: if a plan renewed and you write to us within [7] days of the charge, having not used the paid features since, we refund that renewal in full.

Mistakes on our side: a double charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge at a price you were not told about is refunded in full, whenever you notice it.

Otherwise a plan you cancel part way through runs to the end of the period and is not refunded for the time left.

How to ask, and how long it takes

Write to r7d.creative@gmail.com from your account’s address. To withdraw under the 14-day right, a sentence saying so is enough. Refunds go back to the way you paid, within [5 to 10] working days of our reply; your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Who you are dealing with
