Terms of Service
Last updated 8 October 2026
The short version
These terms add to the Terms of Use once pitute has paid plans. A plan renews until you cancel, we email you 7 days before every renewal, cancelling is one click in Settings, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy says when you get money back. Members in the EU and UK also have a 14-day right to withdraw.
Who you are dealing with
pitute is operated by [Company legal name], a company registered in India under number [Company registration number], with its registered office at [Registered address]. You can reach us at r7d.creative@gmail.com.
How these terms fit with the others
The Terms of Use cover everything about using pitute: your account, what you post, and the rules. The Privacy Policy covers your data. These terms cover paying: plans, billing, renewal and cancelling. Where they disagree about payment, these terms apply.
Plans and prices
What you get
Each plan’s price, billing period and what it includes are shown on the page where you buy it, before you pay. Prices are in [currency] and include [GST / applicable taxes] unless the page says otherwise.
Free use
The parts of pitute that are free today stay usable without a plan. A plan adds to them; it does not unlock what you already had.
Price changes
If a price changes, we will email you at least [30] days before your next renewal at the new price. You can cancel before then and pay nothing more.
Payment and renewal
Payments are taken by [Payment provider]; we never see or store your full card number. A plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price you were told, until you cancel.
We email you 7 days before every renewal, with the date, the amount and a link to cancel. If a payment fails we will tell you and try again; we will not move you to a dearer plan.
Cancelling
Cancelling is one click in Settings, with no call, form or reason needed. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then does not renew. Nothing you created is deleted when a plan ends.
Refunds and the right to withdraw
Refunds are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason; that policy explains how.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of [City], India. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protection the law where you live gives you and cannot be signed away, including the right to bring a claim there.
Before any of that, write to us: most problems are solved by a person reading the email.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects what you pay or what you get, we will email you before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
